Richard John Darche

Principal

Rick has 22+years of experience processing permits in the City of Chicago specializing in new construction submittals and also supervising national retail rollout submittals.  He also served as a construction superintendent with Town & Country Homes from 2006-2008.  Rick graduated from Bradley University with a degree in construction engineering and is a licensed realtor. 


Alexander Lyle Westa

Principal

Alex has over 24+years of experience processing thousands of building permit submittals, and countless different ancillary approvals.  Prior to permit expediting, he worked as a general contractor with Professional Design Builders Inc. in Batavia Illinois, specializing in suburban home construction & remodeling.  Alex served in the Illinois Air-National Guard and is a veteran of the First Gulf War.  Alex graduated from the Western Illinois University with a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology specializing in construction management.


Lorena Garcia

Senior Project Manager

Lorena has over 14 years of permit expediting experience in the City of Chicago.  She possesses strong familiarity with all submittal programs and has worked on numerous types of projects.  She is knowledgeable on the City of Chicago’s process and standards, and is especially well versed in online submittals via the Hanson system.  


Phil Rohan

Senior Project Manager

Phil has 6+ years as a project manager.   Phil supports projects for tenant build-outs and new/retail construction.  Drawing upon experience as an entrepreneur, Phil understands the needs of owners and developers throughout the full project life-cycle.  He leverages proven expertise in supporting permitting needs, interacting with City Inspectors as a former Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter.  His road knowledge includes assisting clients in financial matters with Omni Financial and negotiating regulatory matter with the IRS.  Additionally, Phil is skilled in managing complex client engagements as a value-added reseller of enterprise solutions for GE Access.  Phil earned his degree from Arizona State University.


Scott Hill

Code Consultant/ ICC Accessibility Inspector/ Plans Examiner

Scott has years of industry experience in architecture and construction management.  He is actively engaged with the industry as an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), International Code Council (ICC), and as Certified Project Manager for the State of Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB).  Scott provides insight in the areas of Code Consulting, Occupancy Capacity Placards, Alternate Code Approval Requests, Mag Locks, Due Diligence, and Pre-Plan Review of Construction Documents.  Scott served for four years in the US Marine Corps, with the ending rank of Sergeant E-4, and earned his Bachelor of Architecture with honors from Illinois Institute of Technology.


Salvatore Randazzo

Project Manager

Salvatore (Sal) Randazzo has 4+ years of experience in permit expediting and licensing in the City of Chicago, State of Illinois, and various other areas.  He is skilled in project management and consulting.   Sal has been involved with projects at the Chicago Board of Trade, Aon Center, Civic Opera Building, Old Chicago Post Office, and many others over the years.  Sal graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies/Sociology.


Linas Yurkus

Project Manager

Linas has over 18 years of permit expediting experience in the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs, as well as 10+ years project management experience.  He specializes in CDOT and signage submittals and possesses a strong familiarity with all submittal processes within the City of Chicago.  Linas earned his Bachelor’s degree with honors from The University of Illinois at Chicago.
