Because of continued success and growth, John Lyle & Associates is actively seeking the following positions for our Chicago office:

  • Project Manager

  • Office Manager/Receptionist

Project Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Identification of required reviews/approval needed based on the scope of work.
  • Preparation of required documents for review.
  • Daily monitoring of assigned projects.
  • Weekly communication (Written & verbal) with project team (Owner, developer,
  • architect, contractor, etc.) on the status of the project.
  • Coordination with the City & project team to resolve any / all review comments.

Project Manager Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Construction / Architectural experience a plus
  • Understanding of the City of Chicago permit process a plus

Office Manager/Receptionist Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to answering phones, preparing and receiving shipping packages, monitoring office supplies, assisting project managers with daily tasks and errands.

Office Manager/Receptionist Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School diploma
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Friendly and professional telephone skills, friendly, upbeat
  • Open minded, creative, problem solver
  • Must be a team player
